Wrong Camera

I missed getting out and taking photos of Christmas lights last year.  Got a late start this year and then went out with the wrong camera (perhaps the operator...). So here is the best of the worst, worst of the best?

I have a warped sense of beauty in Christmas lights. Sometimes the unusual can be beautiful.  This little yard has Santa, Frosty, and 2 of the Kings on the left side, Jesus seems to be hiding behind the tree on the right. (Click on the photo for a larger, closer view.)

The tree by the Fort Worth Stockyards.

Our 55' blue spruce from Traverse City, Michigan on the left.

My usual video without music. You have 8 seconds to hum a Christmas tune to this video.

Hopefully more to come tomorrow if my driver can stand another outing.  If not, Merry Christmas to you all.

I always loved the part of Christmas every year, when my Mom got all of us in the car and took us to see all the lights. I do the same with my grandkids now. Merry Christmas, Tufa!

Merry Christmas! I, too, love looking at Christmas lights. And it's always interesting to see how people incorporate Santa and Jesus together! :)

I love going out to see Christmas lights. We still haven't done a big tour this season, maybe in the next few days I'll try and wrangle my hubby into taking me out. If not, I'll enjoy yours vicariously.

Happy holidays! We stopped putting up lights and enjoy the others in the neighborhood. :o)
