A Quick Drive-by

The roses are blooming!

Knock-out roses fill this part of Fort Worth Botanic Gardens.

North wind still blowing.

More blooms.

Honeysuckle

Slender Deutzia (Deutzia gracilis)

Azaleas in the background. Loripetalum in the foreground.

I will have to get my sweetie and make another trip.

This is a really pretty garden. All the roses are blooming their heads off. That is one thing about Knockouts, they never fail to delight.

I'm landscaping a friends yard and am putting Knockouts in the front to satisfy her need for flowers. How wonderful to have flowers blooming so early! A crazy storm last night tore all the petals off my Yoshino cherry tree. Ugh!

The Knock-outs are great performers if you need a great blooming hedge.

Life's Highway, I want much more rose for your garden.

Great performers that I can't kill are the top priority for roses.

Although I have a huge weakness for the blue ones (that aren't really blue but the color that they really are which is some kind of blue lavender)
