Everyone is going to the Texas Hill Country to get their obligatory wildflower shots. So we went East. Between San Antonio and Houston on IH 10 to Flatonia then North to Smithville.Here in Texas we are never happy with the precipitation. Either too little or too much. I will say with the recent rains the tanks ("ponds" to you folks from other places) are full and the grass is tall. Looks pretty nice to me.
