358 to be Exact

358 Photos. When I stop to think about it that number is actually very low considering the activities of the weekend.

Here are a couple of my immediate favorites from the Cathedral of Junk. This article at Apartment Therapy describes his obsession the best.

The bedsprings photo is for CreeksideRummager, who now has me on a mission to find one for my own creation.

Many photos to be viewed, stay tuned.

It's all related. I saw Of Gods and Men yesterday at the movies. Don't ask how it was, we both slept through various parts. I kept waking up to the monks taking a vote as to whether they should stay or go! I KNOW you had a better time! Looking forward to seeing the other 356.

You are too sweet to post a photo for me. I love it. So my brain popped to the idea of using the springs as an arbor structure. I saw that in the picture but couldn't tell where it was in relation to the ground. Wouldn't wistera look good crawling through and hanging off of a springs structure.

I am so anxious to see the photos (all 358!) you took this past weekend. Glad to hear you had a good time. I followed the link to the Cathedral of Junk and was, well, amazed. I guess I would be one of those visitors they wrote about that would be overwhelmed by it all and leave in tears. It's too close to my husband's obsession with junk and our SOS building (Acronym stands for Shed O' Sh....ah, well you know what I mean.) Junk or art? Fine line.

LVL, sorry you had to pay money for a nap. I usually just wait until the movies come out on television.

CR, when then have once a month heavy trash curb pick-up here, I feel like scouring the streets looking for the elusive springs. Now that I am not in the "country" it seems I can not find any. I am on a mission.

Karen, since we moved I do not have my junk pile. So whenever I need just a little piece of wire, a small piece of 2x4, it makes me a little sad to have to start the collection again. I wonder if my landlord will notice if I grow a big ol' vine over my collection?

That's a lot of photos but knowing you they're all terrific. I love that blue bottle thingy.

Lovin the photos so far. I have a rusty ole seat cushion with those types of springs that I'm now inspired to use :)
