Some of the rusty bits from the New Braunfels house have made it to the FW loft garden. They have been sitting in storage until this last weekend when we brought back a load of things. Now that we know where we will be living the rest of the moving should be pretty easy. If I don't have a spot for it in the loft or the garden... it won't make the trip. (My poor comfrey in the hypertufa planter is getting blown to shreds these days.)
These rusty bits have made the cut. Not certain where they will go exactly.
The "berry boat" has made its Fort Worth debut. My landlord loves it.

Yeah for the boat!!! Can't wait to see what you do with it. Nice collection of rusty bits.
I love your stuff. 1st, I think I told you before that if you are ever tried of your berry boat - please send it to me. I have a chair exactly like your chair. Love the wash tubs too. Did you make that sea shell??? Too cool!
LH, Eddie loved the boat.
CSR, I have to admit I took this photo collection in your honor. Always love the collections of things you share. The sea shell was a gift but I might use it as a model some day.
Tufa Girl, you had me at Rust. I hate to admit this, but I have a pair of washtubs just like yours that I use every week for laundry (along with my wringer washing machine). And no, I'm not 102 years old either, I'm just stubborn. The berry boat is amazing!
Love all of your rusty stuff!!! I can't wait to see what all you do with them. We worked in the yard again most of the weekend...loved it! Even the muscle pain I am feeling today is enjoyable...cause I know it's the product of good hard work :)
Oh, exciting! I love your berry boat, too! Looks like beautiful stuff.
Oooh... I'm lovin' that berry boat idea! :)) I recently discovered that horses love the taste of rust. Isn't that strange? They'll chew on rusty old garden ornaments in my backyard.
LOVE it, want some! ... I just had another impulse buy and put a metal sun trellis in the new "Cottage Garden"; I'm getting quite a 'metal' collection (not to mention my 'rock n roll') and proud of it!! (don't tell LH, but my concrete angel's so cute - I don't have the heart to put it in the garden!)
Every garden needs a certain percentage of rusty bits I think. But I wonder, what's a berry boat?
Exciting to see the berry boat makes its debut and that the landlord has a bit of taste! Onward and upward TG!
I like the berry boat too. It will be un to fill up.
